How to Create a Custom URL for LinkedIn Profile
Your LinkedIn profile name should be based on your real name. First start by deleting the numbers behind your name. Log into your LinkedIn account and then complete the following steps:
- Move your cursor over Me at the top of your homepage and select Privacy & Settings.
- Selected Privacy in the center of the page with the shield. Click Edit your public profile.
- You’ll see a URL link at the top right line -Click on the blue pencil
- Type the last part of your new custom URL in the text box.
- Click Save.
