Job Search Interviews: Win The View Product

I met Ken Diamond, the owner/creator of Win The View at a conference a couple of years ago.  He is a recruiter, and developed a way a candidate (that is, job seeker) could have a much more powerful interview.  So he created Win The View, which some career coaches are licensing and having their clients use.

In a nutshell, Win The View simply helps you create a stronger presentation.  It’s about communicating who you are and why they should hire you.  To often, we communicate this poorly, we get mixed up, we get flustered, or we are too canned.  I’ve interviewed enough people to know that it’s easy to not come across very well.
