Here’s something I didn’t know about job boards when I was in my job search: YOU ARE NOT THE CLIENT (of the job board).
Job boards typically don’t make money from YOU. They make money because a company pays them to post a job “ad.”
Why doesn’t a job board have all the features that you want?
Because you are not the customer.
