Including Stats in a Resume is Easy
First, make a list of 2-3 things you have done really well for each year of your employment. Think of these things in terms of numbers.
Here are some examples of vague versus concrete examples.
Vague: Increased sales Concrete: Grew sales by 10% over six months
Vague: Reduced expenses Concrete: Reduced expenses by 15% over 12 months, concentrating in the areas of office supplies, time management, and printing costs.
Vague: Increased subscribers Concrete: Gained 459 new subscribers in 6 months while growing our Facebook following by 34%.
Take each task that you have been doing over the past several years and find numbers to describe it. It is ok to estimate if your estimations are really close and you can back up what you are saying.
