Before I was let go, I saw plenty of “writing on the wall,” but I largely ignored it.
I figured if I just did my job, and kept working towards the company goals (and sustainability), I would be safe.
That was not the case… the writing on the wall… all the clues, they were actually good indicators of things to come.
Ignore if you need to, but ignoring won’t protect you.
