I have loved following Mark Cuban. I think I was seriously introduced to him through Shark Tank where he seems to be level headed, respectful, and a very good analyst.

Sometimes we feel like our transitions in our career are so detrimental, but if we look at people who have moved through those transitions we can see that they might be opportunities, they might be temporary negative pitfalls, but they never have to be an indicator of how successful we can be if we just keep doing the right stuff.
