They key here is to stand out from all the other cover letters in a good way. Cultural fit is just as important as skills and experience in today’s workplace.
1. Show what you have to offer, rather than just tell.
2. Get Creative. How can you present your information in a unique way?
3. State that you want to work there. Make it clear that you want work there, and no where else.
4. Let your personality show. Write like yourself. Let you voice show in your writing.
