I love the changes! I wasn’t sure of the outcome, but it has a much stronger, results-oriented focus. I didn’t see any guidelines on how to make changes, so I just added comments on 3 things that needed to be tweaked.
The cover letter is succinct and supports the resume. I have no suggestions on changes for it.
