Hi Debra,
I must say…like a fine wine, my resume proof got better with age.
I read, reviewed, and reread my resume several times and each time your efforts proved more remarkable.
Your help is truly appreciated as you’ve done an amazing job capturing and highlighting my relevant career points.
Although I would be perfectly happy if this was the final draft, I did make some changes to the initial proof (‘Track Changes’ turned on). Most notably, I changed the order of the items in the “Qualifications and Expertise” box to roughly reflect my expertise. I know by doing so, the left margin is no longer uniformly decreasing. However, I think the re-ordered list is still aesthetically pleasing. Let me know if you agree or disagree. I have also changed some wording and included additional text in certain spots.
All of my changes are purely suggestions from my untrained eye and I defer to your professional opinion on what changes to make, if any.

I have made some changes based on your comments / questions and I think that it is ready to go out.

Unfortunately I haven’t seen a job posting that suits me yet but as soon as I do I will send it to you so that you can assist me with a cover letter.

Hello Greg,
I am very happy with the resume, with some minor changes attached using track changes.
At what point would you recommend including references- or would that usually be done only on a conditional offer, as it is with some states?
