This looks great. Here are my markups, and the answer to your one question. Just a couple of minor changes to moderate some of the descriptions to better reflect what I think a situation was.
I could never have done this myself. It is hard for me to be objective about my own achievements. I tend to look to see where something I did could have been done better. It helps tremendously to have your professional and independent eye.
