Nice job. I made only minor cosmetic corrections (not sure about capitalization of “Fiscal Year”, and “aircard” should probably be one word even though it does not pass spell check).
Corrections were done in MS Word on a Mac, so I hope there were no format problems. Changes were tracked through the MS Word tracking tool. I will work on cover letter next.
